Order Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order and obtain a refund before it is dispatched. After it has been sent, please wait for its arrival before initiating the return process.

Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our priority. Most products in unused condition can be returned within 30 business days following delivery.

  1. Contact our Customer Service to initiate a return, providing details regarding the item(s) and the reason for the return.
  2. Once you receive return instructions from us, please package the item(s) in their original packaging.
  3. Return the item(s) as advised. We will supply the return address and shipping details once your return is approved. (Note: Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted).
  4. Typically, returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package.

Conditions for Returns

You have 30 business days from the date of delivery to decide if an item meets your needs. Please reach out to us within this timeframe for any returns or exchanges.

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging, accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

Return Costs

If the return is due to our error (for instance, wrong or defective items), you will receive a full refund.

If the return is initiated due to buyer preference (such as dissatisfaction with the product or selecting the incorrect size), a full refund will still be issued.

No restocking fees will apply for returned items.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 10 business days back to your original payment method.
